    more often than not these enhanced photos are passed off as untouched which is fraud.

    i see photography as an art... not an exact rendition of the actual world and therefore photographers have the right to do artistic editing of what they took to ENHANCE and to make their work pleasing. its no different from painting. where  a painter does not paint every pimples and pot holes on a models face.
