School Shooting Awareness

Two weeks ago a girl threatened to bring a gun to my school and 'make it look like columbine'. I knew her. I was friends with her. And I felt the need to make this video.

Please be aware of the things you do and say to people. You see someone is having a tough day say Hi. See if you can do something. You see kids killing kids and it makes you think what happened to us? I like to refer to the Lucas Scott quote.

"Does this darkness have a name? This cruelty, this hatred, how did it find us? Did it steal into our lives, or did we seek it out and embrace it? What happened to us? This was beautiful...I'm glad that you decided to finish it. It's an extremely important subject to be put out there. There is also an episode of Degrassi that dealt with a school shooting. I don't know if you have seen it, but it was so sad.

Your video is absolutely fantastic too, it is so stunning. The atmosphere you created made my heart ache just a little bit. It is so incredible, just a truly amazing video. right now, there are tears streaming down my face. i think there should be more videos about this. there should be more awareness. we should work against bullys and make people feel safe and comfortable around others. things like that should not happen - ever. great video!
