Is what happens everywhere. If your'e interested in graffiti you should rather check out some American sources relating to - instead of asking me what people think I'm no mentalist - in Germany i'ts illegal as well - if you get busted by police you'll cover the costs and pay high penaltiy so it must be about thrill and fame - to me the vids are fun but I wouldn't take such a risk. German majotrity dislikes graffity but our cops don't shoot that sudden as yours.

Well, then what is their reason? They are disfiguring public property. Who gave them permission to vandalize? I am telling you that in New York, graffiti on subway cars was a terrible problem, but the police stopped it. In fact, two German teenagers came to New York for the specific purpose of spraying subway cars with paint. They were quite surprised when arrested and put in jail. This is what should happen everywhere.

What has scientology got to with this? Explain these teenagers' reasons.
