I've lived in the area my whole life and only ever been on this once as a kid, been intending to go again for years.
The ridicuously high Lido entry fees of the 80's really put my family off for a while (until someone showed us a hole in the fence ^_^)

im 15 tommorow and i still love a ride on it : ) they should expand it past the beach too

ahhh, i remember going on this train when i was about 8yo, i'm 18 now. I am pretty sure it closed down about 4 years ago which is quite sad.

Far from closing down it has actually expanded and is in a very healthy state ... I travelled on it as recently as August BH.
