@Dude10271 even if ND isn't the best now, I understand the tradition. They don't have to win every game for me to still think they are one of the greatest teams in football.I go to Auburn right now, and I can still honestly say Notre Dame is and always will be my favorite football team of all time. I have been to one game in south bend, and it was the best time at a football game I have ever had in my life! and ND lost! trust me, there are still some huge fans in the younger generation. GO IRISH

You young people will never know what is was like to be a ND fan at this time,I feel sorry for all of you.The games were all over the radio on Saturday mornings and crowds would gather around the TV when they were on,for ANY game.
