Alright so I totally upgraded fomr 40gb to 250gb successfully. Everythings great except for the fact that I somehow can't log into my PSN account. I honestly don't understand what the problem is, I have all the correct info. I think it has something to do with activating it or some crap... Help asap would be GREATLY appreciated. I'll sub.. :D

Yeah I imagine Xbox will have to move to more of a multi media platform to compete next time.

why dosent the format thing pop up to me? PLEASE HELP ME THANKS
Xbox files take less space, argue all you like, if you do, you probably own one system. PS3 you should reformat all these external hard drives and thumb drives people use. ALSO most people can't handle this simple process. as evident by the 25% success rate in the four questions below. (and 25% talking about an old ass XP laptop not sure what to really think of him:)

@BadFont hehe. they do take less space but you can't put any movies locally on the XBOX's harddrive. i miss that w/my 360 slim. i do however use the space by installing all of my xbox games to the hdd.

I just upgrade my laptop/ OS XP hardrive from 80GB to 250GB but when I check my C: drive it only shows 127GB. Do you know where I can down load a patch to correct this?

@farstarfilms most likely is a hidden partition you have to delete and then you can expand the main partition to fill up the rest of the space. go into Computer Management > Disk Management (right-click My Computer > manage)

@TheKnightBoner thats nice. funny how it took you two comments to get that across and an insult.
how about a link to where you got it? that would be a bit more helpful.
