Or as that idiot of women kind hinted at; if she made a mistake and shot the wrong person she would get off with out being criminally charged.

Not really. We chose NH because of its low population, accessible political system, culture of liberty, low taxes, lax gun laws, and overall small government. The state motto is a reflection of that.
