A good wolf should 3 stock a good pikachu every time.

I'd have to say between a Wolf and Pikachu, Wolf would only be slightly better. Chain grabs can rack up to 40% on Wolf before he can do anything and while Wolf's fsmash may travel longer Pikachu's disjointed hitbox for his fsmash will beat Wolf's. Though many of Wolf's moves gimp Pikachu's approach and his best low % kill move, thunder. But like someone mentioned earlier, Wolf can be edge guarded easily by Pikachu.

I have to disagree im a wolf player and its very difficult to fight against a good pika player.

I dunno I see it being close to even between the two. But I would give the edge to Wolf, Pika still has some things that can equal out the match. I'm not saying just chain grabbing, but he can gimp Wolf's recovery pretty well. I learned this after doing some more matches with other wolf users, with Pikachu and Lucario.
