Does the footstool lag the enemy enough that they can't recover before the b-air? I've never tested much with it.

Follow up question. Will it still if the enemy is shielding, or does it cancel the animation or just make it impossible to footstool? Could be fun against an enemy expecting an easy shield grab against an air.

Sadly footstools only effect them in any state other than shielding. Otherwise you get the jump but no lag. It doesn't work even if they are attacking either :(
