Now my schedule is going to be:

4,5 hour core sleep:
2:30 ~ 7:00 AM
20 minutes naps:
1:30 PM and 8:00 PM

  • the only mistake you're making is trying to follow the sheep in their latest fad.

  • Hi brother, I think adapting to a new sleeping schedule is a different thing from forcing it, no matter how many times you trade one forced schedule for another. Just don't force yourself to sleep when you don't need sleeping, and don't forget that sleeping in short naps requires less sleeping than long nights rolling restless in bed when you could be doing something else. And don't forget that sleep schedules must help us to take advantage of other people's time, not only ours. Take care.
