  • @thewingman1 becuse a repair kit cost $10 to do 3 mags 30rds ones.

  • Excellent advice, especially today, when AR owners like myself are buying worn out military surplus M-16 magazines. Cheaper to repair them than buy brand new magazines, in many cases.
