TheSeventyReasons she didn't say it. IN FACT there are 3 versions of the same commercial!! 1 of them she says. you son of a biscuit eating bulldog "with more emphases and louder tone!" and in ANOTHER version she says you son of a biscuit eating bulldog more "slower and calmer" like you see in THIS version! also the You lint licker is in another version spoken louder and longer in tone. in this version she speaks it differently and as you saw in this version NO hobokin

Nah that part was a part of the second version. The original version which is this one just has the mistress nodding her head while chewing her gum wildly lol it's funnier that way to me.
