Love-it,,,Love-it,,,Love-it. Where did you get the plans for your agil? Who taught you how to sing.... Ya done good!!!

What is the tuning for the igil?
-
@allakarjallak I was asking because using flexible wood with low density may lead to bending of neck.
Thanks for anwser, I like the spoon comparison ; ]

What kind of wood for igil?
Ukraincy 1 year ago
@Ukraincy this instrument is built from all kind of wood..but there`s no need for correct wood...belive me...just use what you can find...basically it`s a big spoon...so use whatewer you like ..or can find...main sound is made by rawhide..the skin cowering the "spoon"

@noone123567 filming in Tallinn...
There`s no way i can tell you what`s the distance between briges...cause my my measuring tape is misplaced...but i can tell you ..there`s no need for "right" lenght...as theres no frets..so no need for the correct mensure lenght... but i belive its near as on guitar...
this instrument contains some pine and oak (all i found in scrap box)
strings for this one are standard chello strings AD
