Livestreaming video for a presentation in Second Life

The audio and the video recorded here are output straight from Second Life. I haven't overdubbed the audio.

I'm giving a presentation to NZ academic librarians next week. I have set up the Murdoch University Island auditorium so that I stream live from my webcam.

This uses a site called veodia.com, which creates streams that Quicktime can play, necessary for Second Life.

I cut off the end and start of the video, as I did a couple of dumb things with my camera controls.

In the last bit, I was going to explain that it is rather disconcerting to watch in Second Life as it is delayed by a couple of seconds and I have to wait until I finish speaking there before I can begin my next sentence - otherwise I get very confused.
