Ir just do fishing glitch and exit when ur in teh watre

Step 1 : Make a 15 laff toon. Step 2 : Go to a quiet district. Step 3 : Go to any place other than TTC. Step 4 : Get in a battle. Step 5 : Stand there passing like a lazy new toon should. Step 6 : Go to the middle of the playground and yell "I'M NEW R U NEW?!?!" . Step 7 : Watch as other toons pass by, and when you try to collect a toonup someone else takes it even though they only needed like 3 laff points. Oh, you can also be friends with Harvey and ask him for a toonup.
