you dont know what sweep picking is? how long have you been playing guitar? 2days?? Its playing fast arpeggios with one note per string. You start with two notes on the bottom and two notes on the top.

I'm pretty sure not, because Synyster sweeps the solo, and also he has a special effect for the long "squeal" that I can't really explain, look on the official music video, and you'll know what I mean.
