Crap! go train some real fighting skillz. This wont work all those one hit scienctific garbage. Train aliveness, train more comboos, train strange angles. not those dead mans punches..

Salve Sifu buon anno anzitutto! Credo che trapping e chi sao, siano 2 delle più importanti cose del jeet kune do, perchè in una situazione reale di aggressione in uno spazio ristretto, come un ascensore, in una folla ecc. non si può avere un buon gioco di gambe, inoltre in una situazione reale di autodifesa, l'avversario affonderà il colpo diversamente dall'incontro di boxe, e comunque quasi sempre i nostri arti incrocieranno il corpo(braccia e gambe ) dell'avversario......CONTINUA

@minasz Trapping doesn't work for you because you don't make it work or don't know how to make it work. It has worked and hasn't worked for me. Depends on who I'm trying to make it work on as well. I'm a bigger guy and have a lot of weight and strength to back up my successful traps.

I have punched a lot of people in the face and took them to the ground because of my entering with a straight lead into a trap. Then bang they are on the ground wondering why they couldnt stop the forward pressure.
