How do you put fps in on WMM?

@ToaMahriInika101 Oh it's easy :) You just go to options on Windows Movie Maker, than you go to "Tools" Than you go to, options, Than you go to "Advanced" Than you click the down arrow on "Picture Duration" And "Transition Duration" keep clicking until it's all the way down to 0.125 On Picture Duration and 0.25 On Transition Duration :) And there you go :)
