The UN Anti-Blasphemy Resolution?!? Is the U.N. stepping on our right! Is this NWO New World Order in the UN trying to start a unified religion?
Dark ages / holy wars and crusades to come? Sure hope not!
Let me know what you guys think!

  • I am not familiar with the topic you describe, however, I do want ot say that I understand (I think) your faith and sympathize with your postition with the 'so called' church of our day. I am a believer in Jesus the Christ but am at odds with the Christianity that is common today. I have a simple and sincere faith that puts much more emphasis on the words and deeds of Jesus than anything that is going on in pop Christian culture today. I can care less for dogmatic doctrines.

    Peace my friend

  • Well said.. Really, I don't even like to call myself "Christian". Between the churches and the "Christian's its all about Tradition and do as I say and not as I do. No enough love your neighbor as yourself out there. We wouldnt have these issues.

  • Hi Pete, you can read the exact wording of this non-binding resolution. Just google "U.N. Human Rights Council Resolution Combating Defamation of Religions."

    1. A-it's non-binding, and B-the U.S. can veto any U.N. resolution.

    2. If adopted it wouldn't outlaw free speech, just religious persecution, which is already illegal in the U.S. (But not Muslim countries which DO persecute non-muslims.)

    3. Religion IN GENERAL, not Islam in particular.

  • Thanks for the post..

I will be watching this closely.

  • Good! Also, since the U.N. was created mainly by the U.S. (after WWII), the U.S. pays a large part of its operating const (20% of it), and has a large part of the power to control it (one of five countries with veto power over everything it does), it's the duty of all Americans to understand what the U.N. is, and take an interest in what it does (In my opinion).

  • I agree, The U.N. is an interesting group.

I dont like the New Age aspects they have with in.

    Lucis Trust Is just crap

  • What kind of ignorant, servile bigots dare to tell us that we have to submit to their "allah"? How dare they presume to be able to tell us how to live! How dare they presume to "punish" us for not being the subserviant, mindless morons that they tell us to be! Free your mind - NO RESPECT FOR ISLAM!

  • The United Nations is a joke! Yeah, we should not obey it! I am not a believer of religion and I have been quiet for some time now. But because of this defamation of religion resolution, I am now in the fighting mode! Let's fight them! Now!
