www.raineydewey.com - Here's the third and final video of my watercolor demo for my miniature watercolor entitled "Winter in Upstate New York." This piece is about the size of a business card and is great fun to paint. Thanks for checking it out. For more art talk, commentary and general chatter stop by my blog at www.raineydewey.com

Note that the music in the background is "Natural States" by David Lanz & Paul Speer. I find their music relaxing and provides great music to paint by.

  • @PD19954 I agree and love to paint small intimate images, images the viewer can get close to and discover the details. Thanks for your comment.

  • @raineydewey amazing detail! and bautiful colors! i love how minature watercolors bring out amazing detail from a distance!

  • @PD19954 My apology for the delay in responding! I completely forgot to check in on my YouTube Channel. This painting is about the size of a business card 2" x 3.5"

  • This watercolor is about the size of a business card - 3 1/2 inches x 2 inches (give or take). I've been painting and drawing quite small lately. One reason I suppose is that I like the intimacy of such a small piece. A smaller piece encourages the viewer to step closer and really examine the details. I've never painted really large paintings but this is one of the smallest paintings I've ever done.

  • how big is this?
