The Bronze Star ceremony in Stratford, Ontario on July 1, 2008. The brilliant abstract expressionist born in Stratford created a series of paintings known as the Prime Ministers. This is the first effort to encourage Canadians to cherish this national treasure and find a permanent location for the paintings.
