  • hello i was learing udk but i didnt continue becuase bucky who was making the tutorials decided not to continue.

i want to start this series hoping you will not quit like him.

can you promice me you will teach us to become professionals?

  • @unlaughable yeah..... but it will take time

  • I would like to see a cryengine tutorial that allowed the user to start from scratch:

void >> room/floor (not terrain yet) >> light ( control of interior light quality and shadowing! vsm shadows? pcf shadows? self shadowing softness control? with custom light? Not default daylight cycle ) >> import maya character asset into this room >> trigger for characters animation >> publish!

seems simple but such a tut that brings the engine down to what a basic 3d editing package achieves doesnt exist?

  • @theuglyman0war I will show you that, trust ne

  • But really, your tutorials are brilliant! Thanks to you, I can finally make an amazing first-person shooter. When it's done, I'll record the gameplay in FRAPS and upload it to Youtube. Also, another few things I want to learn; people talking in-game when not in cutscenes, putting in voice acting, subtitles, custom sound effects (I want players to hear my main character groaning in pain - voiced by me - when they should find cover), etc. Please do all of this, too!

  • @ArukusEon Thanks that means alot to me!!! Don't worry i will make you a master

and also cover the topics you have addressed

  • Congrats for the tutorials, they are amazing! However, I also would love to learn about some others things that I think I can't do with Sandbox, like creating a costumized HUD for my game, a pause menu to save the game, change the configs, a main menu for chossing new or load game, etc. Because even if you create a amazing game with Sandbox, it will become a kind of a demo, and I don't want to do just a beautiful landscape with things to shoot, I also want to create a campaign. Thank you.

  • dude how i can make to drive with tank how i script it please help

  • I love you lol. Thank you so much for making these tutorials, Im currently going to school for Game and Simulation Programming. Your tutorials help me a lot.

  • Networking in CE3 ... pl0x ?

  • You are AMAZING! Thank you for all of this.

  • @CyberGameArts
