Japanese is the best language for dubbing. English actors are pretty good as well, but the language is not as practical as the other. I like those voices but Japanese is more comprehensible for us, French, because of the accent, which is completly different than the English one.
(I read my sentence several times and someting disturbs me.... sorry if you don't understand)
