  • Where the hell they get these spokespersons/salespeople? Even the scientists with accents could do a better job. All I hear is buzzword buzzword buzzphrase buzzword piled on after the other and makes almost no sense until the very last word of the sentence is uttered and it somehow makes it a grammatically complete sentence, but which was so awkwardly put together that the meaning was lost. Unless you're a lawyer.

  • Buzzword filled gobblity gook. inane video. No demo of a microturbine.

  • Great units, however...pure Co2 exaust!

    However, certainly has its place.

  • GOOD IDEA FOR BETTER LIFE

  • Ummm...wrong...reciprocating engines for stationary power are far more efficient for electric generation than microturbines. Micro-turbines have a 11-13 dth/MWh heat rate versus a 7-9 dth/Mwh heat rate of reciprocating enginges.

  • @Sillybillydilly Oh man, I agree. I still have no clue what they are talking about and how it works.

  • They should remove those statements about global warming.

    Google climategate.. no global warming.

  • Microturbines are far more efficient than any reciprocating engine. With a heat recuperator their efficiency is at least 30 - 35%, and It's only the beginning. When they will have new ceramic materials for the turbine, the efficiency will grow up.

  • Ok yes, I had heard that from a guy who wasn't sure.

Maybe the gas seeling helps efficiency and lost power?

I assume the reason they use gas turbine for flight is power to weight and happy for reduced burn efficiency because they gain it due to wing/flight being more efficient than gas cars , rolling resistance, friction etc?

I didn't study it so am novice, I did electronics but love any good engineering.

    Thx..
