do you think it is worth it to get the JR pass for only five days? and how much would you say you spent everyday? Sorry to be so agressive about this, but i m leaving for Japan in about 3 weeks and I was just getting some idea

Hey, not sure if you should get a JR pass, as it really depends on how much traveling you are expecting to do. 5 days it not that much time, so you would probably be better off just buying your tickets as needed.
Its also hard to say how much money you will spend because everyone has different objectives on their travels. I stayed in the cheapest places I could find (hostels/capsules) so I could spend my money on nice food. I guess you could expect to spend $100-150 per day, more or less.
