  • What do you think is the closest medium to.....computer? Whatever you would call this. Cause i love stuff like this, but the strokes are soo different with like..pencils. And paint isnt my favorite. I guess pastel/ What do you think?

  • Traditionally I think it has most in common with oil paint. Well, I paint pretty much the same way digitally as I would with oil paint, only faster with digital. I think pastel might work, but I wouldn't personally know how to do it.

  • I dont understand how people draw like this in photoshop. How is it less opaque and how do you get the painting effects. What brush? How?!? I don't understand yet i see a ton of videos that draw like this... :(

  • @Sycra have you ever tried corel painter 12. if you need "help trying" it let me know

  • what tools do you use ? do you use all the brush tools such as smudge, blur, dodge and burn or do you just use brush/pencil and eraser?

  • @IntensePizza half right its just having the self motivation to become better in something you have a passion for

  • Why not try kreating a character for League of legend :D

  • This picture kinda looks like something by Frank Frazetta. One of you best artwork i've seen by you. Keep it up!

  • Your work's are awesome man, I like the colour value very mutch! Can you tell me, whats the pupose of your costum brush?

  • @GaryTheMoomau

personally id say mix it up, each tool in photoshop represents a different real life tool. acrylics and watercolors, different inks, oil paints, charcoals and pastels can all be combined to create different effects.

painting digitally, however, is probably closest to acrylic washing in terms of using color layers and brush opacity.

  • where can i get this program and the gear to use it?

  • jeezus h christ... and here i though i was good...
