Wow, this brings back some memories. I remember when TNN would show the Nashville late models 200 lap race in the fall and then the All-American 400 the next day. Joe Buford, Mike Alexander, Chad Chaffin, Wayne Anderson, Darryl Sage, man those were the days.

Welcome to Nashville, I'm Mike Joy.
-
This Nashville is Music City Motorplex, the .596 mile short track that DW and Sterling Marlin grew up on, as opposed to the Nashville Superspeedway (1 and 1/3 miles), where Busch and Trucks run, and the IRL used from 2001-2008.
-
That's the other speedway the IRL ran at (I think), not the short track
-
They still run NASCAR Nationwide (formerly Busch) Series races at this track. Earlier this season, Kyle Busch won the N'wide Series race in Nashville and then proceeded to smash the guitar in Victory Lane...
-
Thanks, thought so, I wish some of the bigger series would go there
-
Those are some serious storm clouds. lol

Yes.
my uncle is the winningest driver at this track! Joe Buford from Franklin TN
