@willmickel71 The Church and fascism could never have a lasting connection because both are a "holistic Weltanschauung" claiming the whole of the person. h Hitler and Mussolini were anticlerical, they both understood that it would be rash to begin their "Kulturkampfs" prematurely, such a clash, possibly inevitable in the future, were put off while they dealt with other enemies

@MrReco12 Synagogues in Spain and Italy remained open. Franco and Mussolini were evil dictators but did not share Hitlers hate of Jews. Spain was a safe haven for all Jewish refugees and antisemitism was not official policy under the Franco regime. Jew were also members of Mussollini's Fascist party for almost 20 years until 1938 when Hitler demanded they be removed from the party.

@willmickel71 "There are terrible times coming. If only I had succeeded in smuggling out $10,000 or even $5,000, I would leave Germany with my family. Business friends of mine are convinced that it will be the turn of the 'white Jews' (which means us, Aryan businessmen) after the Jews have been expropriated. The difference between this and the Russian system is much less than you think, despite the fact that we are still independent businessmen."

@MrReco12 While state representatives are busily engaged in investigating and interfering, our agents and salesmen are handicapped because they never know whether or not a sale at a higher price will mean denunciation as a 'profiteer' or 'saboteur,' followed by a prison sentence. You cannot imagine how taxation has increased. Yet everyone is afraid to complain. Everyone has his doubts about the system, unless he is very young, very stupid, or is bound to it by the privileges he enjoys

"state atheism" was the official policy of the soviet union and they closed down quite a few religious buildings. However, in the fascist states(Germany, Italy, Spain) synagogues were closed while catholic and protestant churches were allowed to remain open.

@willmickel71 Long Before "The Night of the Murdered Poets".

@MrReco12 There is a bit of a difference in the ant-semitism of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. To be a Sabbath Jew, meaning one who keeps with the Sabbath, celebrating Hanukkah, Passover or going to synagogue were not acceptable in Communist communist society. Nor could one be a party member for doing so. The Nazis made no distinction between a Sabbath or Secular Jew.
I believe Stalin had Trotsky killed in Mexico long after events like "The Night of the Murdered Poets".

"Because of the rivalries between the many political parties in Germany and the general disorder there was no opportunity for prosperity. ... We thought that Hitler would give us such a healthy environment. Indeed he did do that."
-Alfried Krupp: Billionaire businessman(Nazi supporter).

@MrReco12 Reimann quotes from a businessman's letter: "You have no idea how far state control goes and how much power the Nazi representatives have over our work. The worst of it is that they are so ignorant. These Nazi radicals think of nothing except 'distributing the wealth.' Some businessmen have even started studying Marxist theories, so that they will have a better understanding of the present economic system.

Stalin's dislike of Jews was linked to his like of Jewish Trotsky.
Google Lazar Kagnovich: Anti Semites love him because he validates their "Jewish-Bolshevik" conspiracy.
@ssmusic214 You are completly correct. Commuinists, Socialists and all Collectivests in general think that prosperity and wealth are pre-existing conditions. Like there is some pile of money sitting around and a few greedy people sneaked in and stole most of it for themselves. People who perfer the capitalist system know better. Weath and Prosperity are created by smart entrepreneurs and people who take risks.

@elco9791 Yet Maxism produced some of the worst dictators in world history. Mao Ze-Dong, Josef Stalin, Kim Il Sung, Pol Pot , Fidel Castro, Vladimir Lenin, Ho Chi Min, Kim Jong-il all were dictators. A logical conclusion would have to suggest that Maxism is itself fundamentally flawed. It is not possible to argue that each individual should sacrifice for the whole of society, and yet expect each individual to know what "society's good" consists of, without having a dictator to tell them.
