Critique: You are presentable, a good talker. You affect a documentary style, but are relying on your own subjective observations. Whats your point?  Learn to edit and script. Throw out 10 parts for every one you keep. Too many inconsequential details. You babble.

I really wanna see Detroit as it is today. The only thing I got were the stats you mentioned. And who is your mystery driver, and what are his motives?
