I don't live in a fantasy land. No Doctor, Hospital, Clinic ect can deny you care because of lack of insurance. Emergency or not. NO ONE is denied treatment. Google "cancer patient denied care" and you WILL NOT find any American being denied cancer treatment (coverage, yes. But not care). Meanwhile, you WILL find examples of Gov't run HC rationing care and denying people life saving drugs in order to cut costs. THAT IS A REALITY, NOT A FANTASY!

I'm Canadian and I'm so grateful we have universal healthcare.. Too many people are afraid of socialism but don't even know the definition of it. Obama is so conservative compared to the rest of the world - and by the way, the rest of the world is terrified of what will happen if another crazy bible thumping republican gets into office..

Obama is a communist waiting to establish communist dictatorship slowly entering it here silently,he is a snake Vote Against him in 2012 I never voted for him because I knew what his beliefs were,people bullied me for being so called"racist" but Politics shouldn't be a racial issue it should be a personal belief issue,if people want universal healthcare and all the terrible obamanist laws they should just move away from America and leave it as it is.

When I'm ill, I get seen straight away. Without paying. They'll sort you out even if it's a multi-million cancer operation, or a swine flu jab, or a cut knee, or physiotherapy treatment. What can be bad with that?

Our occasional cameraman is from London and he has a differing opinion of your healthcare system than you do. Also, our system has created most of the drugs and medical innovations that save millions of lives all over the world.
