Condoleezzashaniquashantishaguantanamobaygaptoothbitchtisha "Spanky" Rice, AKA "Condom-Lizards Rise", (after the rise to power of an unpleasant strand of rubber reptiles), is the first partially-African American female to become Secretary of State, only after Colin Powell died of annoyance with the direction of U.S. fucking government. He is secretary of state to the fucking monkey living in the fucking White House, George W. Bush(an anagram of "Ow, he buggers!), whom he lovingly calls "Peckerwood". As evidenced by his name, Condoleezza is very clearly of black descent. We believe while in the NSA he was able to plant the "Bird Flu" on suspecting Chinese fishermen and then reap enormous profits through great deals at Exxon to make a vaccine. He is currently a Republican but was previously a member of the 'Lesbian' Party. Underneath his clothes, he is completely naked. On the 7th October 2003, his real identity was revealed: he is an Israeli who comes from Detroit and whose real name is Moses Sidish Mezar-Kantaris.

@crybabyland Condoleeza is not Italian, it is DERIVED from the Italian term "con dolcezza" which is used in classical music as an instruction to play a piece of music 'sweetly' (~softly). 'Condoleeza' is both spelled and pronounced differently from 'con dolcezza'. The former is pronounced [Con-doe-lee-zah] and the latter: [Con-doll-chett-sah].
