A little insider info. The Horse had a wind problem. He was diagnosed with a collapsed pallet that caused him distress and prevented him breathing when in full flow. The Morny and Mill Reef were not his true form. He underwent a treatment for the problem which prevented him returning for the Middle Park. This year he is flying (4 pattern races and placed in all) and with last weeks Criterium win is back to his best. Good EW for the July Cup this weekend. We fancy him

Libranno looked really sharp in his maiden win, July Stakes win, and Richmond Stakes win. But his run France in the Prix Morny and at Newbury in the Mill Reef Stakes were both less than stellar efforts than what he had shown in his first three starts. But in fairness, Libranno did run into Dream Ahead in the Prix Morny, and into Temple Meads in the Mill Reef.
