Lousy reporting. A good reporter would have pointed out that Sarah Palin didn't even discuss the key issue each of those three cases turned on at the Supreme Court. None of the cases were "states' rights" cases. Instead, they turned on cruel and unusual punishment, excessive damages and emminent domain. Sarah gets an F in legal studies.

Palin was "annoyed" by the fact that she could not answer Couric's questions. It was painful to watch her squirm. Katie would have been a better vp nominee, and that was evident. I believe Palin is a nice person, but she has no business in politics. She has no personal opinion on anything, and everything she has said is a parrot of her advisors.
