Dont Be Fooled I just had auto glass out to fix my wind screen at work, because it was slightly bigger than a £2 coin he couldnt fix it and It depend on your insurance if you pay the excess even if he/she does fix it !! I was told that because I was with direct line I would have to pay £10 for the fix

@georgiou1980 A windscreen chip repair is usually free but some insurers (yours is one) levy a small excess. £10 is still less than the amount you'd pay for a replacement windscreen!

at garages and glass repair etc people always pay after because they dont know how long labor will be and what parts needed.
