I was a teen in 1958 and loved It's all in the game, but I never thought about the man behind it. Now, You Tube has been a avenue for his talent! I found a CD in our local music store of "Tommy Edwards Greatest hits" so he is still out there, wish I could see a video of him singing as well. Thank you so much for you commenting on my question.

Very true! In some of his songs, his voice is almost worthy of opera. He really does have a lovely voice. He died at the young age of 47 in late 1969, but I'm not sure if he was married unfortunately. I consider him a truly talented artist of music, and it's a shame that Edwards and singers from his day are forgotten these days; singers today could learn a lot from them.
Still, YouTube keeps these songs playing! :)

I agree with you 100%. Do you know how old was he when he died, what he died of? Was he married. there is so little written about him, I think he had one of the best voices of his of his time.

I Love this mans Voice.

This must have been one of his last songs. He's a very talented man who made beautiful songs. The troubles of 60s America and the anger between blacks and whites could be forgotton just by listning to this.
Thank you for the kind comments, I am uploading more Tommy Edwards all the time, Enjoy!
