  • the guitar, is it an hammond B3 parody, what is the point ?

  • It's a midi guitar that has a ton of different sounds. The point for this was to have a little fun on stage and battle it out. Of course Medeski destroys him.

  • Can anyone tell me the name of the song with Medeski and two other dudes where the song likes changes tempo throughout?

  • I think you are referring to "Bubblehouse" by Medeski, Martin & Wood.

  • Phil is using a midi guitar.

  • regardless of whether or not it was midi, I'm pretty sure the guitar is also being run through the Leslie cabinet

  • bad ass

  • Phil..i sent you a email.

  • hahaha I don't get why everybody is so bothered by the organ effect on the guitar! i think it sounds cool and obviously not as good as the real organ. even if you did have another real organ on stage, medeski's would make it sound bad because his tone is just too good! does anybody know exactly what kind of midi pickup or synth phillip campbell was using?

  • I was pointing out to MISFITROBB138 that it is NOT a guitar effect.

  • yup.

  • no shit......organ's in quotations for a reason.....

  • Medeski Martin and Wood - Bubblehouse
