Our nation is like a Vehicle with three wheels, one is the Legislature, Judiciary, and Executive.
But the power which drives three bodies is the 120 Core People of the Nation, and they are the Engine of this Vehicle. And the rule book to run this whole vehicle efficiently in a just and in best interest of its people and nation is in Constitution of India.
The people of India and our Viewers, would like to know before we begin the show with you and continue our effort to do our bit through this programmed which is called Hum Badlenge Desh Badlega The mechanism and responsibilities of these three wheels. Judiciary, Executive, and Admistration. ?
The three organs of the democracy -- Legislature, Executive and Judiciary -- need to work harmoniously to ensure good governance. If there is corruption, good governance is not possible."
Who is driving whom, or are they Independent, from each other, what are their functions 1.Legislature 2.Executive. 3. Judiciary.
Our Democratic format is giving powers to the people of India to give direction to our nation for bettering its functioning and helping in adding amendments to our holy constitution through bills which is inbuilt power to the executive who are the elected members of the people of India who empower the executive to do all that is in best interest of the nation.
The Check and Guard is in our wise selection of the representative to whom we trust are worthy to take up the responsibility and who understand the constitution, and functions of parliament and effective functioning and utilization of the authority given to them.
Responsibility of the Citizens of India in Strengthening the System
In a democracy, one should understand we cannot always be complaining of failures of the executive or the administration and the way the elected governments are functioning.
It is responsibility of the people to do their home work properly and identify right candidates for representing the people in our assemblies and parliaments. Now this is the big question here... We are aware candidates are choice of political parties based on the merit standards set by the them. We have seen, criminals, even with murder charges are in fray in elections and some time they win elections too.
How do you feel to make the first step forward the constituency voters, should have nominations from within themselves who are capable to represent the constituency to be candidate for election, and the political parties should be influenced by the voters to get the name of the candidate cleared from them before to give him ticket to contest. Then we can see a major change will trigger for this one act of selection of right person for seats of representatives in assemblies and lok sabhas.
There was a unanimous call from eminent legal experts for a Judiciary closer to the hearts of the people, the real stakeholder of the system, so that it could intervene effectively to ensure good governance in the country. What do you think?
