Roger is in hospital cause there was an incident in a nightclub where some scaffolding and a balcony fell and lots of people were injured or died. Roger and Lewis were helping the injured in the nightclub when another piece of scaffolding fell and was going to hit Lewis but Roger pushed him out the way and it hit him on the head and he was in a coma for a few days .

they don't he left he doesn't get killed off at all. why is everyone so mean to poor stuart? the people that he leaves with is: John Heaton, Kezia Walker and Rachel Weston but Rachel is apparantly only going for a year. but sources have said its unknown whether the actress who plays Rachel Weston will return to the role after her maternity leave and year off to look after her baby.
