As far as my experience, the Marine Corps does not allow you to have tattoos that would be visible outside of your uniform. That's why I don't get this ex-skin head guy (who keeps talking in this documentary) having his SS tattoo on his neck since even before he was in The Suck. It certainly should keep him from getting exemplary conduct reports.
