Back @ ya'll again with another Can You Keep Up.. This was super intense workout.. Be sure to stay tuned for more calisthenic workout videos and videos on nutrition to get ready for the summer.. Spring is coming fast and we're gonna step it up another level to get the body summer ready!

  • dam bro thats wats up, i seen ur comment on my vid, thanks, ur killen it tho for only being at it for a year, i just started using some weights again trying to put on some size, i lost like 12lbs of fat over the last few months doin strate barz, but i gta put some size back, ima try ur level routines tho this week shit looks ill. i do a similar style i do 5mu 10pu, 6mu 9pu, 7mu 8pu, and so on till ur at 10mu 5 pu, shit is hard as hell to well for me at least.
