The Stayton/Sublimity exit is actually around milepost 13.5. Milepost 10.5 would be between the Aumsville/Shaw exit and the Golf Club Road exit (which I would not be surprised to hear is flooding sometime, since all of the county roads between Stayton and Aumsville are flooded). Thanks for sharing this video though!

@ricachica82 You are correct. It should have said 13.5. It does now. Sorry for the error. We did have high water at milepost 10.5 too for a while.
