Hey Josh,
Make sure you stick to your guns. These first few weeks will be hell but you will get through it. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have about your stages. The biggest thing I learned was to think positive at all times. You are going to be amazed at your loss. I was 372 when I started and now I am 271. Exercise is key my friend. Get well and think positive buddy!!!!! We are all here for you!!!
