Culture Shock, Chinese in Portugal :D

I love Portugal, because here I have good memories and the people I really love. But culture shock is everywhere, how to have a open-minded heart to handle with them is important. To continue the way who you are or to change yourself to adapt to the new culture need a balance. :D

estudar uma cultura a aceitar a cultura que estas a estudar, eu simplesmente nao vou para a internet a falar da cultura que nao me pretence, simplesmente tento compreende-la e inserir nela. E ja agora tu estando em portugal porque que nao falas em portugues? sobre os franceses que tu dizes que nao se esforcam para falar ingles, isso nao eh verdade, na China ha muitos que nao falam e eu tento comunicar em linguagem gestual e ninguem me compreende ja isso nao acontece ai nao Europa!

@stinsoncastro compreendo os hábitos dos portugueses! Mas «compreender» siginifica que tenho de fazer tudo o que eles fazem? E ao falar sobre se eu deve ficar caladinha...Imagina que entras numa floresta, encontras uma flor esquisita/diferente, you never stop and say like«WOW»? you just go by with no shock, no feeling and say like«Méh, whatever, they are who they are». Sorry, ME, like to talk about it, to memorize it, to share it.

I mean if your daughter one day, say like,« dad, i know you like Arroz de Sangue, but I dont.» You gonna give her a slap, and say, shut up?!

@stinsoncastro I didnt make this video in portuguese because I have lots of friends that dont understand portuguese, I wanna show them my story although they dont understand portuguese. You attacked me with « why u dont speak portuguese when estás na terra de Portugal» is irrelevante, sir. And, again, I said an impression about French people, not a conclusion.

i think u shouldn't tell things about the portuguese people, because i live in South China and i have a huge Culture Shock but i still dont talk about them, for your information many Chinese people are proud of there country and even dont speak english! if u live in Portugal try to be more Portuguese =)

@stinsoncastro Why I «shouldnt»? I am not even critisizing anything, I am just saying the diference. You dont talk about the culture shock there you feel in China is your choice, but telling some of them doesnt make you a bad person, it is just called «share the feeling». And thank you for your information about china, Iv been there and I know very well about my country, but the topic here is not about CHINA, its me, a chinese in Portugal. Thank you very much.:)

Gostei muito de ver este vídeo. Sim - nós bebemos demasiado café (eu sou viciada). Sim - os portugueses passam tardes inteiras a 'socializar'. XD E sim - somos muito simpáticos. É bom saber o que uma chinesa pensa de Portugal. Ainda bem que gostas de viver cá! :D

@stinsoncastro Mas uma coisa tens de perceber. Culture Shock é uma partilha de opiniões sobre as diferenças culturais, não necessariamente dizer mal sobre uma determinada cultura. Conheço bem a cultura chinesa e se fizesse um video sobre o meu culture shock, seria a minha opinião. nada mais que isso! apontava as coisas que me fazem confusão, as coisas que não estou habituado.

Tudo isto são opiniões!! Só e apenas isso! Espero que tenha sido claro.

Ela faz o que quiser, e faz videos a falar sobre o que quiser, chama-se Liberdade!

depois, se a tua opção é não falares publicamente sobre a tua experiência de culture shock, é uma opção.

@TheEurasianbabe eu nao tou a achar superior que ela nem tou a dizer se ela ta errada ou nao, simplesmento tou a dar opinioes e mais nada! e isso eh verdade ela esta na sua pela liberdade como expressa a Constituiçao da Republica Portuguesa e tambem algures indirectamente expresso no Codigo Civil.

I didn't attacked you eu simplesmente fizer uma pergunta! mas tambem compreendo porque isto eh um video para partilhares com o Mundo e o Ingles e a lingua que quase toda a gente fala! mas deixo aqui uma sugestao: porque que nao fazer outro video em portugues, assim fazes um expansao da lingua portuguesa pelo mundo!!! heehehe =)

@wuyipei29 estas a dar uns exemplo um pouco fortes nao? deves estar a pensar que eu so muito bruto! ahahha mas ate consegui rir desse exemplo, e tambem do Arroz de sangue = Arroz de Cabidela ja ha muito que nao comi isso! por acaso sentes a diferença de qualidade ( nao tou a dizer que os chineses nao produzem coisas de qualidade) de fazer comida portuguesa em Portugal e fazer comida portuguesa na China? Totalmente diferente mas continua a ser muito boa!

@wuyipei29 eu nao tou a dizer para tu fazeres o que os portugueses fazem, tens todo o direito de fazer o que quiseres. e paraces que nao estas a seguir o meu pensamento, nao tou a dizer para ficar caladinha, tou simplesmente a dizer na minha opiniao para pores em questao o porque que os portuguese fazem isso , como eu ponho em questao o porque os chineses por exemplo tem o habito de cuspir no chao. Para onde tu fores existira sempre o choque cultural, havera outros habitos culturais.
