Going to McDonald's and ordering a salad is like going to a whorehouse and asking for a hug.

Are there any benefits to eating just the patty ( say you just got a plain McDouble, two patties with one slice of cheese-- anything gained other than a load of fat? How bad is it? Any positives? ), or is it pretty much "this will keep my stomach from collapsing in on itself until I can get home and get some proper nutrition" kinda thing?

@TagTeamMusic1 ha ha. It is, but vehicles that require it only do so because that is what their MPG is based on. Now back to food and health questions...

@whbcanes I bought them 11 months ago. They were fresh when I bought them. 11 months later they still look that way.

mcdonalds is healthy if you keep it only one a week

@dudefromgermany That doesn't make it "healthy". But your point remains. It isn't high quality food, but it is okay once in awhile.
