This is a day and night of ride POV of the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit rollercoaster at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. This was built and designed by Maurer Sohne and it's the largest coaster they've ever built. This coaster is one of the most unique coasters ever built. To start out, there's the world's tallest vertical lift at 167ft tall, then it drops you right into the worlds first non inverting loop, then a run through the trim brakes and into the Treble Cleff turn around which runs through a wall and around a facade of the Gugenhiem Museum. Then another run through a trim brake and then riders dive down and through the bottom half of the non inverting loop back around the station and over the que in the Crowd Surfing element. Then up through another trim brake, then a dive down along the ground and into the banked loop at the other end by the Blue Man Group entrance. That leads to yet another run through a trim brake then dive down through a small bunny hop and into the final station brakes. What makes this ride unique is that it's designed to run with seven two car trains that hold six people per car and 12 riders per train. On top of all that, Riders can select their own on-ride music with litterally hundreds of music selection available from all genres, except classical/orchestral music. The trains themselves are also light up in LED lights which will make for some unique and colorful night shots. Once you're done, you can edit your own on-ride video as there are cameras all over this ride. Here are the Stats,
Height: 167ft/50.9m
Length: 3832ft/1167.9m
Speed: 65mph/104.6kph
World's first non inverting loop: 123ft/37.49m wide, 136ft/41.45m tall

  • @MyTVfanatic May be slightly, but not even close enough to consider it an inversion

  • GREYED OUT on this ride. Never happened on any other coaster. I cannot say why, maybe because of the vertical lift hill - which I hated

  • @LeeClaxton Wow, that never happened to me on HRRR. The only two coasters I've greyed out on are I-305 at KD and the Incredible Hulk at IOA.

  • @woodencoasterfan do you have air time in the ride

  • @2010Hershey Yes there is dome, but not much.

  • Did you ride the ride at all though? :)

  • @Coyotefur12 Absolutely, I've ridden it many times.
