That is a traditional Chinese Instrument called the Erhu or two stringed violin. You'd be amazed by the shit some of these players can pull off with just two strings.

Yeah I agree with the others. If you put up a video called "Chinatown street musician" we expect to see a musician right off the bat. Not half of a video of shots taken of the streets FOLLOWED by a musician. I didn't even want to finish since I was too pissed off.
