AIM Joraco's Model 1011RT Rotary Indexing Machine incorporates a hydro-check to ensure smooth, positive indexing and all its control components are standard industrial products that provide easy operation and maintenance. It may be ordered in variations of center distances, tooling plates, actuators, timers, strokes and other specifications to suit any application.
This Rotary Indexer Machine comes equipped with the SS-DM-24 two hand anti tie down actuator with optional actuators also available. It has a tool steel wear plate to support the tooling place and a ram safety guard to protect the area around the press ram. If this guard is tripped, a safety circuit shuts off the machine and it must be reset before operation can be assumed.
