Aramis Ramirez Walk-off Grand Slam 2007 NLCS Game 6

With the Cubs trailing the defending World Champion Cardinals 3-0 in the bottom of the ninth inning of Game 6 of the 2007 NLCS, bases loaded with two outs and down to their final strike, Aramis Ramirez belts a towering ultimate grand slam on 3-2 off Jason Isringhausen to win the game 4-3 and force a Game 7. Ramirez's slam was the first ultimate grand slam and the first walk-off grand slam in MLB postseason history. The Cubs would go on to win Game 7 3-0 behind Mark Prior's one-hit shutout, and sweep the Red Sox in the World Series. At 0:24, a graphic displays Kerry Wood player of the game. Despite a rough first inning, he throws a six-hitter striking out 20 Cardinals.

@f22cool If you have never heard of an "ultimate grand slam", then that's alright. I didn't hear the term for the first time until recently. I don't blame you one bit. There are lots of weird, quirky baseball terms I know and don't know. All I'm saying is that, just because you have never heard of it, doesn't mean it's made up. Also, just because someone uses a term you have never heard, doesn't make them an idiot. And, just for the record, I hate the Cubs with a burning passion.
