@MattSingh1 This. Monsoon was widely regarded as one of the worst commentators ever, with the awards and reviews to prove it. The Andre the Giant of commentary: terrible while alive, but posthumously acclaimed.

Urgh, Monsoon was a dreadful, awful announcer. His tired cliches and haggard old one-liners were very, very annoying. Fans that praise him are generally seeing his work thru the eyes of their childhood, not exactly the most credible view-point.
