3. Go kill wolves until level 3 around 45,40
4. Go back to the Abby at 48,41 Speak to Marshal McBride Turn in quest: A Threat Within Accept quest: Kobold Camp Cleanup
5. Go back outside to 48,42 Speak to Deputy Willem Accept quest: Eagan Peltskinner Accept quest: Brotherhood of Thieves
6. Go to 48,40 Speak to Eagan Peltskinner Turn in quest: Eagan Peltskinner Accept quest: Wolves Across the Border
7. Go NW to 46,39 Kill Young Wolf to get Tough Wolf Meat to complete Wolves Across the Border
8. Go slightly E/NE to 47,37 Kill Kobold Vermin to complete Kobold Camp Cleanup
9. Go back to 48,40 Speak to Eagan Peltskinner Hand in quest: Wolves Across the Border Lose Item Tough Wolf
